What are the Purposes
Purchase of readymade apartment / building for residential including used property.
Purchase of under construction (ongoing) apartment/ building or to be constructed apartment/ building of an under construction (ongoing) building for residential.

Prospective clients will be encouraged to open a deposit account (TDR/Money builder) with LBFPLC before/after selection of property and the amount can be used as booking money/initial investment by client as per his/her instruction.
LBFPLC will issue conditional sanction letter.
Final sanction letter will be issued after selection of the property and to be confirmed after LBFPLC visit or valuation of the property.
After selection of the property the loan amount may be changed to upper/lower based on the property value and income status of clients.
Structured Installment Plan: Depending on the earnings/ cash flow of the applicant, may be skip-a-payment method, step-up method, step-down method.
Maximum loan tenure will be 30 years
