LankaBangla Finance PLC. celebrates “International Women’s Day 2024” on 7th March 2024 at the Head Office and across all the Branches. With the theme “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress; #inspireInclusion” for this year’s Women’s Day, the event aimed to ensure women’s rights, fostering a diverse and inclusive global community focused on empowering women by ensuring women’s equal opportunities in technological and socio-economic development at home and abroad.

Mr. Khwaja Shahriar, the Managing Director and CEO of LankaBangla Finance PLC., engaged in discussions with the female employees in Sylhet Branch. There, he spoke about women’s progress towards prosperity, successful investments in women, advancement of digital skills, progress in transformative technology and Shikha platform activities, besides encouraging and inspiring women on how to overcome and move forward.
