Observance of “Customer Awareness Week” at CDA Avenue, Chattogram Branch of LankaBangla Finance PLC.
The “Customer Awareness Week” was observed under the initiative of the Financial Integrity and Customer Services Department of Bangladesh Bank and organized by the CDA Avenue, Chattogam Branch of LankaBangla Finance PLC. from November 24, 2024, to November 28, 2024. The CDA Avenue branch of LankaBangla Finance, located in the Chattogram Zilla of the Chattogram division, conducted various activities throughout the week to enhance overall customer awareness.
With the theme “আর্থিক সুরক্ষার লক্ষ্যে গড়ে তুলি সচেতনতা” as the main agenda, Mr. S.M. Iftakher Mohamood, First Assistant Vice President, CDA Avenue branch manager of LankaBangla Finance PLC., led the week along with his colleagues, emphasizing the importance of customer awareness. He highlighted several key areas for customer awareness improvement, including depositors’ responsibilities and duties, maintaining the confidentiality of financial sensitive information, borrowers’ responsibilities and duties, guarantors’ responsibilities and duties, customer responsibilities in agent banking, customer service policies and foreign exchange transactions etc.
