This strategic partnership aims to provide housing solutions for customers across all income groups, including those seeking luxury residences as well as middle- and lower-income housing options. Under this agreement, LankaBangla Finance will offer interested buyers of Tropical Homes for facilities of home and mortgage loans with flexible terms and competitive interest rates.

In the presence of Humaira Azam, Managing Director of LankaBangla Finance PLC., the MoU was officially signed by Khurshed Alam, Senior Executive Vice President of LankaBangla Finance PLC., and M Hoque Faishal, Director of Sales, Marketing, CRD and CSD of Tropical Homes Limited, on behalf of their respective organizations.
