Shikha, an initiative of LankaBangla Finance Limited is a platform to promote financial inclusiveness by providing access to fund and capacity building initiatives for female population of the country. Alongside the forum works to support internal female employees through professional development and beyond. Recently, a networking session of Shikha took place where the female employees of LankaBangla shared their experience and ideas to achieve realization of professional excellence and women empowerment.
